We did enjoy our stay, we had everything we needed. The only problem we had was that the people staying next to us were quit loud and did not try to be quit during the night, but other that that we would stay here again. thanks...

The place was pristine. And the management even called me back when I called at 10pm. I would recommend this place.

Beautiful Kailua

Review submitted: September 23, 2013

Review from: Scott from Gold Coast, QLD

Date of Stay: September 2013

My family and i had a wonderful stay in Ali'i apartments, Brenda was very friendly and helpful, free use of a heap of beach stuff which my kids thoroughly enjoyed. I found Kailua quite expensive, but Ali'i was quite reasonable, however we were charged extra for our kids. In all we were very happy with our stay and would recommend it to friends and family. Thanks for having us, Mahalo

O'ahu vacation

Review submitted: March 28, 2013

Review from: former local boy from San Antonio, TX

Date of Stay: March 2013

First of all, I'm a stoic - I accept nearly everything and don't expect much. These are my observations:
1. access to and from the apartment was very good.
2. the amenities were acceptable and working (except the wifi connection was unacceptable due to constant lost connections and the coffee filter was moldy) - I didn't complain, just went to the library for wifi and to Starbucks for coffee. The large master bed was firm, just as we like it. The shower stall was large and convenient.
3. quiet surroundings and luckily no excessive noise from other vacationers.
4. lack of cockroaches was definite plus
5. Guest guideline document needs updating - the checkout times we were given did not match the doc and the wifi access info was incorrect - but easy to figure out.
6. fair consideration that we would rent again.

Great time!

Date of Stay: February 2013

I loved the location. Loved the unit. It was not extravagant, but it was clean and roomy. The bed was a little hard, but we got use to it. Better than too soft, I say! It felt very private and safe. We walked to the beach and could walk to downtown Kailua, but usually drove to downtown. The internet worked great. Parking was good. It could use some more glassed and plates. The price was right. I Would definitly stay again. Thank you.

The unit was clean and sufficient for my purposes of visiting my daughter in Honolulu. Nice walk to the beach and convenient to Kailua activities. Very basic kitchen. Bed was very firm.
